Challenge….Yourself

In a recent post on my Instagram @Dave_TGN, I wanted to challenge my followers. My question to you is, are you comfortable with being uncomfortable? I’ve learned in my life that being stagnant and complacent often comes from being in my own comfort zone. Your comfort zone often puts a ceiling on your potential. Going forward, I challenge you to start challenging yourself on a daily basis. Yes, sometimes comfortable is good, but this shouldn’t be the area that you dwell in 24/7.

The realm of the uncomfortable is a blessing. It’s all about perspective. Begin to think of the uncomfortable as expanding your potential, broadening your horizon, and an opportunity for you to grow as a person. Once you take these steps, you will begin to notice positive change in your life.

My message in this post today is for you to challenge yourself. Sometimes, the biggest critic and what holds us back is our own thoughts. Begin to challenge the areas of your life where you feel stagnant and you’re not going anywhere. Do you have visions, dreams, and/or plans on hold? If your answer is yes to any of the above, begin to ask yourself why is this the case? A little nugget I have to leave with you today: Every step forward is a step in the right direction.

Let’s challenge ourselves to be better, to do more. Yes, some people will occasionally have negative things to say when you step out and challenge yourself to do more and be more. Check out Assets vs. Liabilities to receive more clarity on where they potentially stand in your life.

Please like, comment, share, re-tweet. I’d love to hear from you.

Blessings
